Learn how to effectively and safely work finger strength training into your climbing through a simple and straightforward tool – the hangboard.
Curious but intimidated about finger strength training? You don’t have to go pro to benefit from using a hangboard. Once you understand proper form and follow an introductory program, your climbing performance can be improved by adding this into your climbing mix.
Day: Friday March 13
Time: 6pm – 7:30pm
Prerequisite: Participants should be able to climb C3 or 5.9 consistently.
