From Our Site: When you submit our electronic waiver forms or membership change forms, purchase gift cards, register for programs and sign up for e-mail subscriptions, we collect your personal information such as your name, date of birth, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and emergency contact information.
3.2. From our climbing centers: When you attend our climbing centers, use our services, and complete our program registrations, we collect your personal information including name, date of birth, photograph, as well as contact information including address, phone number, and e-mail address. When necessary, we also collect your credit card information.
We also capture images using surveillance cameras at various common areas located in our climbing centers.
3.3. From other sites: when you send us a question or comment by email, social media or phone, we may collect the personal information that you provide to us.
