A few more details. Nov 29 2019.
Isolation will be in the new section of the CCC Chinook. It should be awesome. Keep food and drinks off the mats and put your garbage in the appropriate bins. You will also be able to use the Kilter Board and Session wall. The hydraulics ( and control podium) are not yet operational but you can climb on them at the fixed angles. So much fun. Download the Kilter App to choose your own problems.
The later women athletes can watch the male round during qualifiers.
For Finals, the Open will not be able to watch the YA and Jr finals.
We still need Judges! I don’t think we will have to cancel…. But we cannot run this event without judges! The ACA is set up to help Alberta climbers but we need ALL families to help out. If you are a parent and you were planning on watching the event, please have a look at the volunteer options and see if something would work. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/60B0D4BA4AE22A2FB6-jan2627
Parking is very limited at CCC Chinook. Please carpool if possible. I have negotiated the ability to use the Advanced Measurement Lot ( Building to the north). They just ask that we leave the spots facing their building free. (car nose to the wall) See picture for an overview.
Also DO NOT PARK IN THE STALLS RESERVED for our other neighboring businesses.
Thanks everyone. See you soon.
