Climbing Now.

Our walls are the same, but we do have new procedures in our facilities. Some are to protect you and some are to protect us. Thank you for sharing these changes with our community.

What customers can expect from the CCC:
• The gym will NOT operate like normal.
• We have limited capacity and strict climbing time duration limits.
• The facility is staying up to date with the best practices and making decisions to keep our community safe and comfortable while operating under strict guidelines.
• Increased sanitation of the facility and expectation that our community will do their part.
• A high cleaning frequency – cleaners will be active during operating hours.
• Contactless credit/debit payment will be preferred.
• 350 new routes and 300 new boulder problems.

What we expect from our guests:
• If you are sick or think you are sick, stay home.
• If you have been traveling outside of Canada within the past 14 days, stay home.
• Book your climbing time in advance and consider climbing outside of our peak times. Capacity will be limited so come earlier or later if you are able.
• Limit your stay to no more than 2 hours per visit.
• Observe and practice proper physical distancing when entering, moving through or exiting our facilities.
• Wash your hands before you climb, between climbs and after you climb.
• Bring your own water bottle – filling stations are open but fountains are closed.
• Come dressed to climb. Changeroom access is limited.
• Route climbers will need to ensure 2 metre distancing. Leave one unused climb/route between climbing parties.

Climbers will now have the option of booking a reserved time slot or simply dropping in.

You are now able to reserve a guaranteed spot on the day and time of your choice. For now, you can book 7 days ahead.

Or you can drop in anytime just like you did before. Our website will soon have a capacity counter, you can look at the gym traffic before heading down to make sure there is no wait. You may also have to be prepared to use different parts of the facilities as certain areas may be full.

Limit of 2 hours each per day.

Participants should arrive ready to climb and no more than 15 minutes before their scheduled reservation time.

Upon entry to CCC.
• Use sanitizer pump at door to disinfect hands.
• Check-in via the Front Desk.
• Go Wash your Hands (using soap) in the bathrooms.
• Get ready to climb.
• Follow facility flow if applicable. Some facilities have one-way staircases (these will be clearly indicated).
• Always perform Climbing Safety Checks before leaving the ground. Avoid touching the other climbers.
• Practice physical distancing (when climber safety is not a concern).
• Do not share equipment.

If your desired time slot is full, you can try to drop-in. We are reserving at least 10 spots of capacity for drop-ins.

ONE LAST THING…We have a new waiver. Please fill it out before your first visit and bring photo ID with you to activate it.

**Please note that at this time, the member guest pass program has been suspended and is unavailable.
